What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean guest rooms and suites according to brand and company standards
- Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and guest supplies
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and sanitize spaces
- Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout shifts
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arriving guests
- Clean common areas or balconies when applicable
- Support teammates and help maintain a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment, carts, and linens
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow associates
- Willingness to learn hotel standards and safety procedures
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment
Hospitality operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules may be needed.
