Responsibilities
- Perform fixture installation, including sinks, faucets, and cabinetry.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during remodeling tasks.
- Carry out carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and door hanging.
- Lay tiles and install various types of flooring with precision.
- Form concrete for sidewalks, patios, or other structures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the remodeling process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is preferred.
- Proficiency in fixture installation, carpentry, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, concrete forming, and door hanging.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on job location.
