A regional independent agency looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage, grow, and service a book of business containing mostly middle-market accounts, with some high-net-worth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients and prospects to design personal insurance programs
- Manage and service client from start to finish, addressing concerns, service issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Round accounts when possible and retain existing clients
Qualifications
- 3 years experience of working with personal lines accounts
- Active P&C Insurance License
- Experience with Applied EPIC, AMS360 or other AMS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various insurance products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay range and compensation package
- Hybrid work model containing a mix of 50% remote and 50% in-office days
