WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will learn how to create opportunities and build trust with homeowners. This is a face-to-face professional role where you will:
- Engage with 2 to 4 homeowners daily to identify needs
- Set and run appointments for window evaluations
- Present solutions that improve homes and save energy
- Train consistently with leaders who push you to improve
Every conversation builds skill, confidence, and income potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First 30 Days: $5,000 to $8,000
Entry-Level: $100,000 annually
Team Builders: $200,000 to $250,000 annually
Sales Leaders: $500,000 to $1,000,000 through team overrides
