Role Description The Marketing Director is a part-time or full-time, on-site role based in St George, UT. This role is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution, including planning and managing campaigns that promote JKR Nation’s brand, services, and values. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans, coordinating with sales teams, door to door, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure effective lead generation and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Commitment to personal growth, team development, and values-driven leadership
- Demonstrated skills in Marketing Management and overall Marketing strategy.
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to align marketing with revenue goals.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or director-level role, preferably in consumer services or home improvement industries.
- Ability to work on-site in St George, UT and surrounding area’s as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- No sales experience needed. If you are coachable and willing to learn, we will teach you.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
