As a Subaru Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Subaru vehicles to the highest standards. We are looking for an individual with a passion for automotive excellence, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on Subaru vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Subaru vehicles according to factory specifications.
• Complete complex mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, drivelines, and other components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Subaru technologies, service bulletins, and repair techniques.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance technical skills.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians in developing their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Subaru Master Technician certification is required.
• ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Engine Repair, Transmission/Transaxle, Suspension, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Subaru technician with a strong track record of successful repairs.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
