Summary:
A leading investment manager is seeking a hands-on Sales Enablement Director. This individual will lead the sales enablement tech stack including Salesforce CRM and broader related platforms (marketing automation, Agentic AI and other emerging tools). The role blends strategy and execution—developing a strategic roadmap, gathering requirements, driving enhancements, and elevating data quality and analytics.
The team is based in NYC (4 days in office).
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration within enterprise B2B environments
- Financial services experience required
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders on CRM initiatives
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with sales enablement technologies, business intelligence tools, and modern go-to-market software solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences
Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
