JK Med Spa is looking for a creative, motivated, energetic, and highly organized Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Director to help bring our brand to life through social media, digital marketing, photography, video, and community outreach.
We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative—someone who sees an opportunity for great content and makes it happen. This position is ideal for someone who loves creating, understands what gets attention online, and is motivated to help grow a brand.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and manage social media content for JK Med Spa
- Photograph and record treatments, staff, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create and edit engaging Reels and short-form videos
- Write captions, promotional copy, advertisements, and other marketing content
- Develop creative campaigns designed to increase engagement, leads, and appointments
- Maintain a consistent JK Med Spa brand across marketing platforms
- Create and manage content calendars for promotions, events, services, and team features
- Translate advertising and marketing content from English to Spanish
- Help develop marketing specifically designed to connect with our Spanish-speaking community
- Identify content opportunities and take initiative to capture them
- Assist with website, email, SMS, print, and digital marketing content as needed
- Monitor social media performance and identify what content is generating results
- Collaborate with our team on promotions, launches, events, and new marketing ideas
- Travel between JK Med Spa locations when needed for content, events, and marketing projects
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills in both languages
- Highly motivated, dependable, and self-directed
- Creative and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table
- Educated or experienced in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experienced with photography and creating high-quality visual content
- Experienced with video recording and editing
- Skilled at creating Reels and short-form social media videos
- A strong content writer and storyteller
- Familiar with current social media trends and platforms
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with our team
- Confident working with staff and guests to capture authentic content
- Willing and able to travel between locations as needed
Position & Benefits
Approximately 20 hours per week

This is a hands-on marketing position. We want someone who enjoys being behind the camera, creating content, writing the message, finding opportunities, and turning everyday moments at JK Med Spa into marketing that gets attention.
