POSITION SUMMARY: Inspection and transfer of finished product into proper product containers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains proper flour level in flour dusters.
- Report to the supervisor and/ or line lead any deficiencies that could affect the finished product quality.
- Abides by safety rules as outlined in "Employee Handbook".
- Help align cheese/filling shots for optimal quality.
- Assist in scrap dough web removal.
- Assemble products as needed.
- Align products as needed for quality.
- Ability to identify defective products and remove them from line.
- Maintains sanitary work conditions and abides by all GMP rules.
- Report all incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor immediately.
- Other duties as assigned by Lead/ Supervisor.
COMPETENCIES:
Required Skills: Language skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education: Less than high school education: or up to one- month of related experience or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
