Duties
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine lawn appearances.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, Weed whackers, and backpack blowers.
- Conduct tree care activities like trimming and pruning to enhance safety and aesthetics.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience in mowing and property maintenance is REQUIRED
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery.
- Passion for lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices.
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting and manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing tasks efficiently.
- Installation knowledge of General landscape criteria a plus
- Positive attitude, Self Motivated, Dependable, Energetic
- 2 weeks (if needed) of training at $15.00 then a conversation about what the pay will be going forward
- Job 1 Type (Crew Member) : Full-time/Seasonal (April - November) hourly: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Job 2 Type (Crew Lead) : Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
