Job Overview
JD’s Janitorial Service LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced Commercial Cleaning Technician to support our growing portfolio of professional facilities.
This position is designed for individuals who are serious about their work, maintain strong attendance standards, and are interested in long-term growth within a structured facility services company.

Compensation
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Pay is based on verified experience, technical ability, and demonstrated reliability.
Performance-based advancement and additional hours available.
Schedule Requirements
- Part-time position
- Start times range between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM depending on facility
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to maintain consistent attendance
- Frequent call-offs or schedule changes will not be accommodated
Responsibilities
- Execute detailed commercial cleaning according to written scope of work
- Operate commercial floor equipment safely and effectively
- Perform hard floor maintenance including scrub & recoat and burnishing
- Support strip & wax projects as assigned
- Assist with carpet cleaning and extraction
- Maintain professional standards in restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Follow security and lock-up procedures
- Report issues promptly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
- Experience operating commercial equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, backpack vacuums)
- Working knowledge of floor care systems
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance record
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Physically able to lift 25–40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
