We are looking for highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders. You will be responsible for visiting properties and doing visual inspections. This is a great opportunity to build a full-time or part-time income with a flexible schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity, you will need your own vehicle. WE WILL TRAIN.What we do: Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties, and to do this, they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:To verify property occupancy.To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.ResponsibilitiesThe most common type of inspection should only take a few minutesComplete the inspection by the due dateReport general property conditions and decide on occupancy based on industry standards.Take 9 photos of the property with brief comments.Complete a short form in an appRequires being able to spend extended periods driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.QualificationsA computer with an internet connectionReliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus, as you will be paying for your own gas)Smartphone (Android or iPhone)PrinterPass a standard background check using a valid driver's licenseCompany DescriptionInsurance surveys and property inspections
