What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make beds, replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Complete daily housekeeping assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaned and serviced rooms.
- Monitor and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, and inventory shortages.
- Assist guests with requests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest concerns courteously and communicate issues to management when necessary.
- Help manage inventory and stocking levels of housekeeping supplies and consumables.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Properly care for and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and productive.
