We are a fast-growing towing and roadside assistance company committed to providing professional, reliable, and safe service to every customer. We’re looking for motivated Tow Truck Operators who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can represent our company with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform roadside services (jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery)
- Tow or transport vehicles as dispatched
- Complete required paperwork, photos, and digital logs
- Maintain a clean truck and follow company safety procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service during every call
- Communicate with dispatch in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required unless specified)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous towing or roadside assistance experience
- Familiarity with wheel-lift and flatbed operation
- Knowledge of local area
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
Schedule
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
- Full-time or part-time
- On-call availability may be required depending on schedule
Compensation
- Competitive pay: 28.5% of what the truck brings in.
- Weekly pay
- Company uniforms provided
