Private Property Sales Representative — Independent Contractor
JJBA Towing LLC | Louisville, KY | Field based
JJBA Towing LLC is seeking an independent sales representative to develop new private property towing accounts in the Louisville area. You’ll connect with property owners and managers, explain our parking enforcement services, and help bring new accounts through signing and activation.
Compensation
- $500 weekly retainer
- Bonus for each qualifying new account you bring in that signs and becomes active
- Fuel allowance for approved business travel
The account activation bonus and payment terms will be provided in a written contractor agreement before work begins.
What you’ll do
- Identify apartment communities, shopping centers, and businesses that may need parking enforcement.
- Contact decision-makers, arrange meetings, and present JJBA’s services.
- Follow up with prospects and help move new accounts through signing and activation.
- Maintain records of your leads and account activity.
- Stay in touch with the accounts you bring in.
What you’ll need
- Experience in sales, business development, or property management is helpful.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a working phone.
- Ability to conduct in-person outreach in the Louisville area.
Property managers are generally available Monday through Friday, so the role requires availability for meetings during weekday business hours. You’ll use your own vehicle and phone.
