Brindar soporte al equipo de instalaciones cuando sea necesario y coordinar con los contratistas en sitio. Asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los activos del sitio. Garantizar que se mantengan los registros correspondientes. Este puesto apoya la plataforma de Ortopedia dentro de J&J MedTech en la fabricación de implantes ortopédicos utilizados en artroplastias de rodilla, cadera y hombro. SECCIÓN 2: DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES* De acuerdo con todas las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales aplicables, así como con las políticas y lineamientos corporativos de Johnson & Johnson, este puesto: Mantiene equipos de manufactura que pueden incluir sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos o neumáticos. Asiste en la instalación, configuración y cambios de maquinaria. Realiza pruebas y ajustes cuando sea necesario. Efectúa reparaciones rutinarias a equipos con fallas. Apoya en la implementación de mejoras de procesos. Mantiene un registro de las actividades realizadas en los equipos, incluyendo horas trabajadas, repuestos utilizados, tiempos de inactividad, etc., utilizando el Sistema Computarizado de Gestión de Mantenimiento (CMMS). Asiste en la preparación de reportes de fallas en equipos. Lee e interpreta manuales de equipo y órdenes de trabajo para realizar mantenimiento y servicio requeridos. Trabaja con MRO y otras funciones para identificar piezas y suministros conforme a los procedimientos del departamento. Es responsable de comunicar asuntos u oportunidades relacionadas con el negocio al siguiente nivel de gestión. Cumple con las políticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de la compañía según aplique. En caso de supervisar personal, asegura que los colaboradores cumplan con dichas políticas y tengan los recursos necesarios en buen estado. Garantiza el cumplimiento personal y organizacional de todas las normativas, políticas y procedimientos federales, estatales, locales y de la empresa. Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario. SECCIÓN 3: EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN* Certificado Técnico. Generalmente se requieren 3 años de experiencia laboral. Se prefiere habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente en inglés y español con diferentes áreas, tanto internas como externas. SECCIÓN 4: CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES, CAPACIDADES, CERTIFICACIONES/LICENCIAS Y AFILIACIONES* Requerido: Capacidad para aprender y cumplir procedimientos específicos conforme al plan de capacitación del departamento. Conocimientos básicos de computación (Microsoft Windows, navegación web). Capacidad para trabajar en ambiente de Cuarto Limpio (Clean Room), incluyendo el uso de vestimenta especializada. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad de apoyar equipos multifuncionales como Calidad, Operaciones e Ingeniería. Deseable: Seis meses o más de experiencia en un entorno de manufactura. De 0 a 6 meses de experiencia básica en automatización, incluyendo ensamblajes mecánicos complejos, neumática, PLC, controladores de movimiento y sistemas de visión. Formación en operaciones de maquinado y/o electricidad/electrónica.
