We are searching for the best talent for Head of Strategic Capability & Strategy, Surgical Vision APAC. Purpose: Champion Surgical Vision Commercial Excellence regional capabilities, developing and overseeing strategic capabilities in the areas of Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Consignment management etc. resulting in NTS growth, share gain and profitability. This role will also be needed to strategize commercial excellence capability building in the region and local markets to enhance value creation and improve effectiveness / efficiency. Deliver and advance data and analytics capabilities monitoring health of business, giving visibility on the progress of strategic focus areas, and placing input to build regional strategy cross-functionally. Continuous improvement of sales tools and processes that enhances customer engagement and sales productivity. Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead a team of professionals in the regional office, ensuring the continuous development of skills and capabilities. Shape the future of healthcare. Drive a culture of innovation. You will be responsible for: Advance data & intelligence, advanced analytics, market research/insight to unlock opportunities while building capabilities in these priority areas on regional & local levels Deliver business analytics and reports that reflect business performance as per the regional strategy and identify new business opportunities or solve business problems on both regular & needs basis Provide sales and x-functional teams data and insights supporting strategic imperatives such as Sales force analytics, consignment management, Marketing metrics management, with an objective to drive measurable outcome and inform strategic decisions. Enhance SFE capabilities and standards across APAC in the areas of sales strategy development, SFE improvement projects and incentive planning/execution. Own and drive CRM to ensure accurate data collection, organization, and analysis to enable effective customer engagement and sales execution. Lead the Commercial Excellence team in the region. Coach, develop, train team members to continuously improve their skills and capabilities. Sales Operations. Provide support, resources and tools in markets to perform sales operations tasks, processes and activities. Includes management of sales teams, customer and sales data, sales performance reporting etc. Project management of business case whenever required. Oversee regional Professional and Commercial Education initiatives. Qualifications / Requirements: Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Required Years of Related Experience: Min 10 yrs of experience in healthcare industry, commercial excellence/ops management experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in Business analytics/ visualization, Data strategy & management SFE levers e.g., territory design, incentive design, distributor management, etc. Go-To-Market plans, new product launches, portfolio optimization, channel management & commercial ops. Organizational transformation and/or business process improvement/ change management Implementation of IT solution in AP (e.g., SFDC, Consent MGM, Data Lake, BO) Strong communication & presentation skills.
