The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve patient outcomes. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to advance the Myeloma portfolio while aligning with overall business objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the oncology sector. Brand Management: Oversee brand strategy and positioning, ensuring that marketing initiatives and activities resonate with healthcare providers and patients. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and R&D teams to align product positioning and messaging across all channels. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Required Qualifications: Required Minimum Education: Advanced degree (MBA, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Required Years of Related Experience:10 Years Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically in oncology Sales Management Experience: At least 1 relevant sales management experience (DSM, RSM, or franchise).
