Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented to attract customers.
- Conduct product demos when applicable to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and merchandising activities to keep the sales floor fresh and inviting.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Support store safety protocols by monitoring the environment during your shift and reporting any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities or team coordination.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette and customer interaction.
