Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, polishing, and buffing to achieve a high-quality finish
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly without damage
- Apply window tinting films with precision, ensuring proper adhesion and a clean appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify additional detailing needs or potential issues before delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and teammates
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in car wash operations or vehicle detailing preferred; knowledge of buffing and polishing techniques is a plus
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles as needed
- Familiarity with window tinting application processes is desirable but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality workmanship and efficiency
