What You’ll Do
- The "Traffic Controller": Efficiently schedule and dispatch our plumbers to residential and commercial calls across the St. Louis area.
- Customer Advocate: Answer incoming calls with a helpful, positive attitude—turning a stressful plumbing emergency into a solved problem for our clients.
- Route Optimization: Manage our service software to ensure technicians are on the most efficient paths, minimizing drive time and maximizing service.
- Team Liaison: Act as the primary link between our field crew and the office, ensuring plumbers have the information they need to succeed at every job.
- Admin Support: Assist with work orders, clerical work, and maintaining our 130-year-old reputation for reliability.
- Experience: 2 years of dispatching or heavy scheduling experience (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience is a huge plus).
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the St. Louis/St. Charles County geography.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dispatching software, Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems.
