Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management.
- Proven expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
- Experience with advanced warehouse automation technologies and data analytics tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement distribution strategies that optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and streamline warehouse processes.
