Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doral, FL, for a Payment Posting Specialist. The primary responsibilities include accurately posting and reconciling payment transactions, investigating discrepancies, and managing payment records. The candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing while adhering to company standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively
- Experience with Payment Card Processing and familiarity with financial transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
