We need someone who can stay organized in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly with customers and technicians, and do the boring work every single day that keeps a shop running at a high level.
If you have strong service advisor experience, understand European cars, and know how to manage workflow without creating chaos, this is a very strong opportunity.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the customer experience from initial write-up to final delivery
- Writing accurate, thorough repair orders
- Communicating recommendations clearly and confidently
- Working closely with technicians to keep production moving
- Following our systems and processes day in and day out
- Helping maintain an organized, high-performing front counter
- Supporting workflow, sales, and overall shop execution
