$250K Starting Salary | Primarily Outpatient Only | Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Northern CA

Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeking a full-time Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join our outpatient team. We welcome both experienced physicians and recent graduates, and we offer H1B visa sponsorship.

Highlights:

• $250K base salary with extensive room for growth into $400K
• Sign-on bonus relocation allowance (2-year commitment)
• Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
• Monday–Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm)
• No call or weekends required
