Event Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Assist with the timely setup and breakdown of event equipment, furniture, signage, and decorations according to event specifications
• Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies efficiently to ensure smooth operations
• Follow safety protocols during all setup activities to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to execute setup plans accurately and promptly
• Conduct quality checks on equipment and setups to ensure everything is functioning properly before the event begins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and work zones throughout the setup process
• Support other team members as needed to ensure all aspects of event preparation are completed on schedule
