What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Jitterz Espresso?
Shift: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Sunday is 12-5:30pm)
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food handling safety standards.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience is not necessary for this role, we will train the right person!
