As our FOH Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team to deliver top-notch service.
- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Training and mentoring team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock management to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other departments to maintain a cohesive workflow.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
