What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafe Manager position at Jitters Cafe Inc?
We're currently looking for an experienced cafe manager to join our team! This position includes the following responsibilities: managing day-to-day activities, maintaining a properly stocked inventory, taking orders, making espresso drinks and coffees, cooking breakfast sandwiches and lunch/dinner paninis, making salads, basic prep work, maintaining a clean sandwich station, regular open/closing duties dependent on scheduled shift. This role will be a supervisory role with the other staff members along with leading by example with constant hands-on duties.
Requirements: Good communication; interpersonal skills, strong hands-on work ethic, customer service experience, restaurant or barista experience is a must. A normal day includes a few busy rushes so we're looking for someone that works well under pressure.
Currently, this position is around 40 hours per week. Total compensation package will be up over $60k
