Role Description The Barista role is a partl-time, on-site position located at Jitterbugz Cafe & Beanery in Sanford, NC. In this role, the Barista prepares espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages to company standards, while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, handling payments, and providing prompt, friendly customer service. The Barista also assists with light food preparation, such as pastries and café items, maintains a clean and organized workstation, restocks supplies, and follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
