Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
• Manage POS system to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.
• Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Assist in training new team members on POS systems as needed.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is required.
• Experience in food service or retail math helps ensure accurate cash handling and sales processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking efficiently during peak hours.
