CNC Machine Operator (2nd shift)

Now Hiring: Punch Operator – 2nd Shift, M-Th 3:15pm-1:45am

JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabricator, is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team.

If you have experience operating turret punches or other CNC equipment and take pride in quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate Amada Turret Punches and other machinery to bend and shape sheet metal.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have the ability to read blueprints and experience with calipers/ micrometers/ tape measure.
• Prefer 1 years of CNC experience, but not required.
• Solid math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
