We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure from scheduled stops.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle at all times.
- Monitor passenger behavior and implement appropriate behavior management techniques when necessary.
- Complete required documentation, including daily logs and incident reports.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Valid 7D License
- Experience in bus driving or van driving preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively in a diverse group of passengers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with passengers.
- Previous experience in working with children is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
