- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments using the cash register, handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.
Skills
