The Carside To-Go Specialist processes, prepares, and delivers food and drink orders, accommodates guest’s needs in a courteous and timely manner, and assists in packing and preparing orders for 3rd party vendor deliveries. The Carside To-Go Specialist supports front of the house operations to ensure that the environment is Guest Ready and also assists in expediting of orders to the dining room.

Responsibilities
- Focus on guest facing tasks, both in person and over the phone; greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service; interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Accept and accurately key orders into point-of-sale computerized register system immediately as ordered and according to brand standards
- Present guest checks and accept a form of payment making correct change and/or completing the proper charge card procedure
- Deliver food and drinks to guests using team delivery system
- Maintain accurate and timely processing of orders and payments for 3rd party delivery vendors
- Participate in the cleaning and resetting of all dining areas
- Complete all plate presentations and packaging per JINYA recipe/plate presentation specifications
- Adhere to all cash handling policies; make correct change and/or complete any necessary charge card transactions
- Expedite orders according to brand standards and perform a final quality check on the food for plate presentation, temperature, garnish, and guest requests for all to-go orders.
- Assist in general FOH maintenance functions such as including but not limited to, maintaining restrooms, light cleaning such as dusting, washing windows, emptying trash, disinfecting high touch point areas and maintaining curb appeal of the restaurant
- Accept responsibility for any task a Manager delegates and work as a team with Management and fellow team members
Qualifications
A qualified Carside To-Go Specialist must have good communication skills, able to lift 15-30 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility to and from guest cars for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
The minimum age requirement for this position is 17.
Salary : $15
