Bartender

About the Role:

As a Bartender at our establishment in Sandy Springs, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their dining experience. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our fine dining experience, making each visit memorable for our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in fine dining establishments.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktail pairings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
