Job Summary

JING is a globally inspired dining experience known for exceptional sushi, premium seafood, and prime steaks—transforming nightly into a high-energy lounge with a DJ. With celebrated locations in Denver and Las Vegas, JING is bringing its signature vibe dining concept to Scottsdale for the first time.

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead this flagship location, uphold our systems and standards, and deliver an unmatched guest experience. This role requires a visible floor presence, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality, VIP relations, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations with an active, hands-on management style
• Train, coach, and develop team members while upholding JING’s systems and service standards
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects our hospitality philosophy, with personal attention to every guest.
• Drive consistency and excellence in service, atmosphere, and execution across shifts
• Manage labor, costs, and operational efficiencies to support overall profitability
• Maintain a positive, high-energy environment in both dining and nightlife settings
• Partner with leadership to build long-term growth for JING Scottsdale

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership in training, coaching, and developing teams
• Strong guest relations and VIP hosting abilities
• Ability to thrive in a late-night, high-energy environment
• Experience with OpenTable and Toast POS strongly preferred
• Must obtain Arizona-required certifications (Title 4 Alcohol & Food Handler/Manager)
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
