Responsible, under minimal supervision, for trouble shooting of electrical and electronic equipment throughout the plant. Responsibilities include analyzing, researching, and repairing the equipment (motors, drives, PLC, networking, substation).
Job Duties:
- Maintain plant electrical systems, perform electronic maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment
- Assist mechanics with electrical/mechanical repairs
- Complete scheduled/unscheduled electrical maintenance work orders
- Provide preventive maintenance and outage assistance in support of plant operations
- Support electrical problems by assisting in the initiation and maintenance of a root cause analysis program
- Perform housekeeping duties daily, to ensure a safe and clean working environment
Education Desired:
Associates degree in Electronics Technology or Military Training equivalent
Experience Desired:
4-8 years experience in the performance of Industrial Electronic Maintenance
Work Shift Schedule: 12 hours Nights
