Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area, kitchen, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Support food service operations by handling food preparation, plating, and presentation under supervision
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing needs promptly
- Aid in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and management
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices in line with industry standards
- Experience with cleaning routines, bussing tables, or supporting kitchen operations is a plus
- Knowledge of the food industry or hotel environment enhances your fit for this role
