**Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations. This role requires a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations. **Responsibilities** - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to and from designated locations - Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to determine the best towing method - Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on towed vehicles as needed - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck and flatbed trailers - Use a forklift to move vehicles onto the flatbed trailer when necessary - Drive safely and efficiently to ensure the safety of yourself and others - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services - Manage conflicts and difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner - Follow all safety protocols and company policies **Requirements** - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a towing endorsement - Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance - Experience operating a tow truck and flatbed trailer - Proficiency in the operation of a forklift - Excellent customer service and conflict management skills - Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects - Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines - Strong communication and organizational skills
