What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT/Project Management position at Jims Pharmacy?
Jim's Pharmacy is now hiring for IT/Project Management. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, networks and software, and includes duties such as installing hardware and software, providing technical support for staff, ensuring data security in a healthcare setting and troubleshooting issues that may arise. This person is also responsible for the overall health and security of our organization's infrastructure, which can include everything from on-site individual user support to our overall network system. Will create and run weekly and monthly reports needed in several departments utilizing a point-of-sale system and Excel. Will be involved in some advertising needs of the overall store, including creating flyers, implement and send promotional/seasonal email blasts to customers and eventually be trained to help out in other departments if needed. This position requires an individual to be on-site, Mon - Friday, 8am-5pm. Other time frames may be assigned when large IT projects need to be completed.

- Maintenance and upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, evaluating systems for upgrades and installing new software and hardware.

- Some supply ordering.
