Responsibilities
- Provide a fine dining experience for dining room/banquet guests; take orders; serve food and beverages
- Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
- Maintain knowledge of food menu items and basic/specialty alcoholic beverage items
- Present bills, accept payments, operate POS systems, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of server area
- Perform opening/closing responsibilities
- Practice safe food/beverage handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
- Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age minimum
- Server experience Required (fine dining experience preferred)
- Food handling and Alcohol awareness training preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
