Job Overview
Immediate opening for a CSR at Jimmy's Glass Service in Shreveport, LA.
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team who can engage with customers in an inviting, friendly and professional manner. Responds quickly and professionally to inquiries regarding quotes.
Strong communication skills, including active listening, ability to solve problems, multitask, manage time efficiently and can work individually and/or as a team member.
Manage incoming calls, written inquiries regarding service calls for glazing to ensure prompt, and accurate responses. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful.
High school diploma or equivalent. Salary is commensurate with knowledge of experience. Hours for this position are Monday – Thursday 8-4:30 and Friday 8:00 – 4:00.
