Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Builder to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Brand New Powersports and Marine Dealership. This role is an entry level position to get your foot in the door and gain mechanical skills and knowledge through the assembly and accessorizing process.
This position will be part of an assembly team for all Polaris Off Road units. From building units as they arrive to fully accessorizing with doors, roofs, lightbars, and sound systems you will quickly learn the basics and advanced skills in assembly and electrical.
Advancement
Based on your work ethic and desire to continue learning more, this position can lead to a position as a full time maintenance and mechanical technician.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for assembly tasks.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
No experience required but a good work ethic and attention to detail are a must.
