Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team in a
fast-paced, customer-focused environment for the winter months. As an inshop/driver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests whether locally or throughout the United States. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to customer interaction. We are looking for a fast worker who can pay attention to detail. You must be available mornings and some night shifts. If you believe you have these qualities, lets meet!
Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in hospitality management and food service.
- Must have Drivers License for at least 1 year minimum
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or casual dining is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Strong Leadership skills are beneficial for those looking to advance within the organization.
- A background in food management or cooking can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- Managerial experience preferred but not required
- Traveling experience
