We are seeking a responsible and reliable Person In Charge (inshop) to join our team at Jimmy John's - Shakit LLC in Tucker. As the P.I.C., you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Manage inshop operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and supervise inshop team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
