General Manager (GM)

• The General Manager at Jimmy Johns manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability.
• He or She is Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world class customer service.
• The General Manager must perform all duties, manage a staff of 15-30 employees, assign, oversee, and evaluate work.
• Provides on the job training for new employees, as well as on- going training, delegates and is responsible for the ordering, scheduling, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and supplies.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Audits all daily and weekly procedures, cash handling.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week, willing to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as business dictates.
