Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers and Crew Members. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for completing normal crew member tasks, assisting in sandwich assembly, operating with a sense of urgency and pace, occasional meat slicing, as well as maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering sandwiches to customers in a prompt and efficient manner, following our "Freaky Fast" delivery standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of sandwiches by assembling ingredients and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Operating with a sense of urgency and pace to meet delivery targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Occasionally slicing meats and cheeses using designated tools and following safety guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in delivery vehicles, workstations, and storage areas.
• Restocking supplies, such as bread, condiments, and other ingredients, to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve overall restaurant goals and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery and sandwich assembly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
