Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate deli slicing equipment to prepare high-quality deli meats, cheeses, and other ingredients for sandwiches.
- Ensure precise slicing weight and uniformity to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of sliced meats and cheeses, and communicate replenishment needs to the management team.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer demands and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and stocked kitchen area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including portion control and waste reduction.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deli Slicer or in a similar food preparation role is preferred.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to operate deli slicing equipment with precision.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
