Overview:
Seeking a full OR part time Assistant Manager to join our awesome team in Evergreen! The Assistant Manager help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will play a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. You must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. This is a position with lots of potential growth as we are expanding and looking to groom an assistant for a future General Manager position. As the assistant, you will also be a part of our lucrative monthly bonus program!
Requirements:
- Prior restaurant experience
- Ability to work a 40-50 hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Set the pace and attitude for the store to have a great day
- Appreciate the opportunity to grow the store and the individuals that works around you every day
- Team Player- must be willing to step up when things get tough and support your other managers and teammates.
